Our Scholarships

For many, the path that leads to a successful career is paved with obstacles.

Our scholarships support young people to overcome these obstacles and opens the door to a promising future. Sliding Doors Foundation scholarships support school students, school leavers and young people seeking university placements, or financial support for vocational training including Trade School and TAFE.

Sliding Doors Foundation is more than a financial scholarship program.

Our program is designed to build long term relationships, change and adapt so we can follow the progress of recipients. We recognise that young people’s future directions and aspirations evolve. Life is not always straightforward and pathways are not always linear. The Sliding Doors community respects this and are compassionate and understanding, continually striving for the betterment of all of our recipients who enter through our Sliding Door.

Our program offers continuous mentorship and coaching. We follow, guide and advise our young recipients, to help foster their growth and leadership potential. Through invitations to networking events, and genuine introductions and connections our program does not just focus on the future, but assists with developing broader skills for personal and career development as our young people grow and mature. The support they receive today is equally as important as developing strong future relationships with all our recipients and we strive to genuinely connect them with the broader business community.
