Applicant Criteria

Social Disadvantage
The social, community or geographical circumstances that may limit the applicant’s access to education, training or employment opportunities.

Economic Disadvantage
The financial circumstances of the applicant or their household and whether financial pressure may prevent them from commencing, continuing or completing their chosen pathway.

The applicant’s ability and potential to progress in education, training or professional development. This considers achievement, effort, improvement and practical capability in the context of their circumstances.

Our Scholarships are designed to build long-term relationships and adapt as the circumstances, aspirations and future directions of our Scholars evolve.
We recognise that life is not always straightforward and pathways are not always linear. Our community respects this and provides compassionate, understanding support focused on the long-term development of every Scholar.
Our program offers ongoing mentoring, guidance and development opportunities to help Scholars build confidence, broaden their skills and strengthen their leadership potential. Through networking events, meaningful introductions and genuine connections, we support both personal and career development as our Scholars grow and mature.
The support Scholars receive today is important, but so are the relationships we continue to build with them. We aim to remain connected throughout their journey and help introduce them to educational, professional and broader business communities that can support their future.
Scholarship Programs

School-based Scholarships
Designed for young people who demonstrate clear potential, leadership qualities, and a genuine commitment to their education. Support can be provided at any stage from Year 7 through to Year 12, helping to reduce direct financial pressure on families and caregivers by assisting with tuition fees and other education-related expenses.
This pathway supports continuity, participation, and long-term engagement in learning during a critical stage of education, helping ensure young people are not pushed off track due to financial or social hardship.

Tertiary Scholarships
Supporting those undertaking university, TAFE, or accredited tertiary pathways, including postgraduate study where it is required to commence employment. A fixed annual amount is provided where it matters most, helping reduce cost-of-living pressure so students can remain engaged and complete their studies.
This pathway supports capable young people who demonstrate strong potential, leadership qualities, and commitment to their future pathway, helping reduce barriers that may otherwise impact educational completion and career progression.

Skilled Trades Scholarships
Supporting those undertaking recognised apprenticeships, vocational pathways, and skilled trades who demonstrate practical skillsets, technical aptitude, and commitment to their chosen field. Financial assistance is provided for course fees, tools of the trade, equipment, and other essential training costs required to complete a qualification.
This pathway reflects the Foundation’s commitment to supporting multiple educational and employment pathways, helping reduce barriers that may impact training completion and long-term workforce participation.

Internships & Traineeships Scholarships
Supporting those pursuing structured internships, traineeships, and employment pathways who demonstrate potential, commitment, and a desire to enter the workforce. Financial assistance is provided for travel costs, participation expenses, and other essential costs associated with gaining practical workplace experience.
This pathway supports the transition between education and employment by helping young people build confidence, capability, industry exposure, and long-term workforce participation.
