Ready to apply for a Sliding Doors Foundation Scholarship? All formal Scholarship applications are submitted through our Online Scholarship Application, which adapts according to the applicant, Scholarship pathway and information required.

Scholars can share their interests, achievements, goals and Scholarship journey for a potential profile on the Foundation’s website. Participation is optional, and profiles can be anonymous where privacy or safety considerations apply.

Complete the Annual Scholarship Report to provide an update on the Scholar’s progress, achievements and Scholarship impact. Supporting results, reports, photographs, projects and other relevant documents can also be provided.

Complete the Talent Release Form to commence the consent process for the Foundation to use or publish a Scholar’s image, story, video or other identifying content. The form adapts according to the person providing consent.

Use the Materials Approval Form to review and approve final content before it is published or distributed by the Foundation. This helps ensure the relevant person or organisation has approved how their information, imagery or other material will be used.

Depending on the form, you may wish to have the following ready:

• current academic results or progress information;

• comments or testimonials from the scholar, their parent or caregiver, or Educational Institute;

• a clear and recent profile photograph;

• photographs of projects, achievements, hobbies or activities; and

• links to larger files or video content.

Only provide information and material that you are authorised to share. Please do not upload identifiable images or content belonging to other people without their permission.
